Primary to our services are the All Fit Kickboxing sessions. These are total body routines designed to give you an intense cardiopulmonary workout while improving strength, aerobic fitness, flexibility, coordination and balance. You will be guided by qualified instructors through a warmup, punching & kicking combinations, drills, core work and a cool down. From complete beginners and beyond, these workouts are set to upbeat music in a friendly and engaging environment that will have you hooked in no time!
The road to fitness can be difficult to navigate, and one size doesn’t necessarily fit all. Whether you are new to fitness, just need a jumpstart to get re-motivated, rehabbing from an injury, or whatever your individual goal, a certified trainer can design a program that will help you achieve the results you have been looking for. One on one training cuts away all other distractions and delivers customization, accountability and attention in a private training session.
In addition, we offer Partner Training which is a great way to split the cost.
SMALL GROUP TRAINING (SGT)
Small group training is the next best thing to personal training at a reduced cost. It differs from the large group circuit training of the 6 week Challenge. While there are benefits to both, with only 3-4 people in a group, SGT allows the trainer more attention on technique, fundamentals and form. You will reap the benefits of being exposed to different training styles and programs for a variety goals, such as mobility work, strength training, functional movement, muscle gain, flexibility and fat loss. Grab some friends and create your own group!
